Foreign customers - English speaking
Our products are sent all over the world and of course it’s possible for you to purchase our products from where you choose.
To find our products you can use the search (“zoeken”) function on the right top side of the website. With this search function you can search on every keyword you wish. You can also find our products via the category buttons ("categorieën") on the left hand side of website. Here you can also search for more products within the categories deeper into the website.
Our contact details can be found on the "contact" page, inclusing bank details such as IBAN, Swift , BIC etc. and Chamber of Commerce and VAT details.
For payment methods and freight charges, see the “Betalen, verzenden & orderkosten” page. You can pay via iDeal, Banktransfer or PayPal. Our PayPal account is email@example.com For the use of their payment system as well for their buyerprotection the PayPal organization charges 3,4% of the invoiced amount plus €0,35 for each payment. Unfortunately we have to recharge our customers for this. Note: if you order via our website you can only choose from the payment options Banktransfer or iDeal. If you choose Banktransfer and pay via PayPal you have to add 3,4% plus €0,35 to your invoiced amount.
Because of different freight charges to various countries it’s not possible to process these freight charges for every country automatically on our website.
You can order via our online store automatically to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
For the aforementioned countries we charge € 9.95 shipping costs for orders up to € 150,-- For orders from € 150, - we charge € 4.95 for shipping costs. For all other countries different rates apply. You can request these shipping costs via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping to countries outside The Netherlands is only possible after full receipt of the payment.
For any other country, please send us an email with your wishes at email@example.com and we’ll make sure you get an answer by return.
For business customers who wish to have an invoice without VAT, because of intra-Community trading between European companies, please let us know upfront by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or make a remark with your purchase through our webshop, so we can take care of this immediately. Please state your company name, address and valid VAT-number in your email or the remark-field with you purchase. Making a remark on your purchase/invoice is possible in the “opmerking” field when you fill in your personal information before checkout. Invoices that have to be changed afterwards due to incomplete information will be charged with € 15,-- for administration costs. Please don't make a payment before you receive our invoice without VAT.
